Look towards Eternity - by me

This is my first "poem"? written out of inspiration of a song by Nathan Tasker that ran through my mind.. I kinda used his music a bit for the beat..[in my mind]
Anyway, it's quite fragmented :P

Sadness
Why does this feeling come to me
So suddenly, switching my mood immediately
Why do we need to release our periods of pain
When there is supposed to be happiness
Happiness
Do I really know what that word means
Do I feel an emotion and think that is happiness
and then the nothingness after it comes..
Nothingness
It is when you sit there staring
Deeply into nothingness, seeing nothing but a blurr
As if the mind has stopped for that split second
that seems like eternity..
Eternity
Endless, brightness, happiness, fullness, forever....
(the opposite of the things above)
